Eligibility

You may request a full refund if work has not yet started on your order. Once a filing has been submitted to Companies House, IPO or another third party, the service is considered delivered and is non-refundable.

How to request a refund

Government fees

Government fees collected on your behalf are non-refundable once paid to the relevant authority.
